Confirming the login page is genuine
This is the most important section on the page. The Chinese-facing market uses several rotating entry points alongside a large volume of deliberate look-alike domains (ggpk**.net, ggpuke***.com and similar). Some are legitimate, some are pure phishing — and you cannot tell them apart by how the address looks.
Open the client directly rather than a browser
The desktop and mobile clients do not need a web page to sign in. An installed client is the most reliable entry point and the hardest layer for anyone to substitute.

The announcements and message centre inside a logged-in client publish the current entry point. That is the only channel whose source you have already verified.

Click the padlock and see who the certificate was issued to. Phishing sites can have HTTPS too, so a padlock alone proves nothing — the subject is what matters.
Never enter through a chat-group link or archive
“Latest login address” messages and no-install builds passed around in groups are the main distribution channel for imitation clients and malware.
The same applies to download-for-you, register-for-you and unlock-for-you services — the service itself is the risk.
Five signs of a phishing login page
The address is subtly wrong
One extra letter, a different suffix, or look-alike characters (rn standing in for m). Compare character by character, not by shape.
It offers something before you log in
“Sign in to claim $50”, “verify your details for a free tournament ticket”. Genuine promotions appear inside the client after you are already in.
It manufactures urgency
“Your account will be frozen in 24 hours — verify now.” Time pressure is the single most common phishing device.
It asks for too much at once
Username, password, one-time code, ID number and card details together. A real login needs a username and a password.
You arrived from a message or email link
You did not navigate there yourself — somebody sent you. That alone is reason enough to stop.
- Change your password in the real client and sign out of every other device.
- Re-enrol two-factor authentication and invalidate the old backup codes.
- Review your cashier history and linked payment methods; if anything changed, contact support immediately and keep screenshots.
If that password was reused anywhere else, change it there too.
Failed login: four-step troubleshooting
This order locates nine out of ten problems in about five minutes. The key move is to read the error text first — three different messages point at three completely different causes.

Read the error message properly
Do not simply retry five times. The wording tells you which category you are in. Screenshot it — you will want it for a support ticket.
Try one different network
Test mobile data and broadband once each. If only one works, the problem is your network environment or geographic verification, not your account.

Password resets and lost 2FA
Resetting a password
- Choose the forgotten-password option in the client and enter your registered address.
- Check the inbox, spam folder and promotions tab.
- Reset links usually expire; request a new one if it has.
- After setting a new password, sign out of every other device once.
If no email arrives and the address is definitely correct, the only route left is identity verification through support — documents required, and noticeably slower.

If you already have an account and do not know where your backup codes are, generate a fresh set now and store them printed or on a second device. They are the only thing that lets you recover on your own after losing a phone.
Locked accounts: causes and fixes
A “suspended” message at login is almost never a fault — it is risk control firing. Five categories, and what each needs:

The safe habit is to take the current address from announcements inside a client you have already installed and used, or simply open the client and log in there. We deliberately do not publish a login URL — an expired or hijacked one is more dangerous than no information at all.
My password is correct but I cannot get in.
Check four things in order: whether the account is restricted pending KYC, whether a login on another device pushed this one out, whether your IP falls inside a restricted range, and whether the client is out of date. The third is the most common — losing access after changing networks (travel, switching to mobile data) is almost always geographic verification rather than a password problem.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
Use the forgotten-password option in the client; a reset link goes to your registered address. If nothing arrives, check spam and promotions first. If it is genuinely missing, the registered address is usually mistyped or discontinued, which means identity verification through support — documents required, and slower.
I lost the phone with my two-factor app.
If you saved backup codes, use one to sign in and immediately re-enrol a new device. Without them you go through identity verification: ID plus account history such as recent transactions and usual stakes. This is exactly why backup codes should be stored somewhere other than the phone running the app.
My account is locked and login says suspended.

Can I stay logged in on phone and desktop at once?
Signing in on a new device normally disconnects the previous session. If that happens mid-hand, disconnection-protection rules apply — but do not rely on them. Use one device for anything that matters.

Someone messaged offering to unlock my account. Is that legitimate?
