Frequently asked questions
The client will not open after installing. What now?
First confirm you downloaded the build for your operating system — Windows and macOS installers are not interchangeable. If Windows SmartScreen blocks it, check the publisher on the signature before allowing it; on macOS, approve it under System Settings → Privacy & Security. If it still fails, the update server is usually unreachable from your region. See the regions page.
What do I need to register?
Your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a working email address. All of it has to match the documents you will upload later — spelling and address format included. Correcting it afterwards means a support ticket, which takes far longer than entering it correctly once.
Can I register now and verify later?
You can, but it is a bad trade. KYC review takes 24–72 hours, and submitting it before you deposit keeps your money out of the queue. In practice most players only get asked at their first withdrawal — which is the worst possible moment.
How much should I deposit first?
The minimum is whatever the cashier shows for your account (pending verification). The strategic answer is different: your deposit sets your bonus ceiling, and the bonus unlocks through rake at US$1 per US$5 over 90 days. Deposit more than you can clear and the remainder simply expires.
Can I change my mind about the welcome offer?
Generally no. The choice locks at the first deposit, and whether support will switch it is not something to count on. Use the release calculator before you commit.
I deposited but my balance has not updated.
Check the transaction status in the cashier first. Crypto needs a certain number of block confirmations; card payments are sometimes declined by the issuing bank on merchant-category grounds, in which case the amount reverses automatically after a few business days. Past 24 hours with an unusual status, contact support with the transaction ID.
Can I open two accounts on one device?
No. One account per person is a hard rule, and duplicate accounts are frozen together — potentially with the balances forfeited. If several people in your household share a connection, tell support before it becomes a problem.
